The Back-Brain Project has started
Granit has started scanning individuals in the Back-Brain Project. The project is titled “Long term effects of lumbar disc herniation”, and both the back and the brain will be scanned using MRI. The goal is to assess the long-term effects of back surgery, clinically and mechanistically. The project is headed by Paul Gerdhem and PhD candidate Tobias Lagerbäck from the Karolinska University Hospital / KI.
